Hate Speech. Islam and the trial of Lars Hedegaard. (Denmark)

Houston...we have a problem!....  in Denmark.

Let's cut to the chase:  Danish penal code:

§ 266b of the Danish penal code:

"Whoever publicly or with the intent of public dissemination issues a pronouncement or other communication by which a group of persons are threatened, insulted or denigrated due to their race, skin colour, national or ethnic origin, religion or sexual orientation is liable to a fine or incarceration for up to two years."

Now..as to the Lars case, I would have to concede that under this law, he has been a bad boy..or perhaps more accurately, an insufficiently careful boy!  You can read the details and background here

The purpose of this entry, is to look at how the Danish law is structured, bit by bit..and then contrast that with information contained in the Quran.

1/ Whoever PUBlicly.... <== note this, "publicly".. i.e.. it could mean selling a publication in a book shop.
2/ "A Communication" (like..  a ...book)
3/ by which... a "group of persons" (defined by race, skin color,national or ethnic origin, religion or sexual orientation)
4/ Are Threatened, Insulted,or Denigrated....
you are in the SLAMMER for up to 2 yrs.

Now.. compare that situation with this:

9:30 The Jews call 'Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; (in this) they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!

Now..in that verse we have the following elements:
a) Race (Jews)
b) Group of people defined by their religion (Jews and Christians)
c) both of whom are cursed!
d) both of whom are declared "deluded"
Is anyone of either Jewish or Christian background "insulted, threatened or denigrated" by such clear declaratory statements?

A vehement YES will do!

As this blog warned earlier.. "Mohammad" will go on trial very soon, in the legal sense.
My question to Lars and any Danish Christian or Jew is this, why are you not already taking punitive legal action against any group which publishes and distributes the Quran?
