Como eu amo a fruta cacau

....oh how I love the fruit cacao. And thanks to Anthony Bourdain's trip to the Brazilian Amazon being shown on the Travel Channel, I'm left imagining the delicious "sabor" of this delectable Amazonian fruit.

And apparently I'm not the only one because I need to mop up E's drool as he watches his local food being cooked. [By the way, no one knows more about the rainforest, the animals, the food, the fish, and anything else you'd ever need/want to know about the Amazon region than my husband - born and raised in Manaus.]
